Stratford Christmas Lights Coffee Morning
The organisation behind Stratford's spectacular Christmas Ligths is holding a fund raising coffee morning on Saturday 18th November.
The event organised by the Stratford-upon-Avon Christmas Lights Company will take place between 10am and 2pm to help raise funds for this years display. Features include the Avon Flower Show, charity Christmas card and book stalls, cake stand and tombola.
The spectacular display of Christmas Lights will be switched on at 4.30pm on Thursday, 23rd November. Arrive before 4pm to join in with the community carol signing, outside the Town Hall, then wait for Santa to arrive and take his place in his grotto, where he will greet children after collecting his post.
The switch-on signals the start of the countdown to Christmas with activities in Henley Street including local choir singing and Shakespearean actors performing from 4.45pm.
